Requirement: Sipsmith Gin wanted to organise efficient and cost-effective Excel training for their staff to increase productivity.
Solution: SJM Training conducted an initial Training Needs Analysis so that delegates could be assigned to the most relevant sessions that covered the topics aligned to their work. The training sessions, between one and three hours duration, used demo and exercise examples drawn from Sipsmith's own data files to make the training as relevant as possible. In addition to the more formal training sessions, workshop sessions and 1:1 consultancy were organised to capture specific or individual training needs.
Since the advent of Coronavirus, many employees are working from home. The 1:1 training and workshop sessions are conducted online on Teams with video calls and sharing screens.
